Why This Exists
Many Indian organizations are actively investing in
impact and ESG initiatives, yet struggle to present
credible, investor-grade evidence. Companies backed by
EU and Nordic investors are often:
- Expanding rapidly
- Formalising governance and compliance structures
- Facing increased scrutiny on ESG, impact, and climate factors
However, ESG frameworks are frequently unstructured,
climate risks remain under-assessed, and documentation
often fails to reflect on-ground realities. This creates
exposure during:
- SFDR / Article 9 reporting
- Investor ESG due-diligence reviews
- Buyer audits such as EcoVadis or CSRD spillovers
- Investment Committee and Board evaluations
The challenge is not intent — the challenge is evidence.
